There is a wine tasting section comprising 4 wines and accompanying charcuterie. Dr.Clinton Lee will personally take the audience through a wine and pairing Masterclass where you learn how to taste wine like a professional and learn the secrets of pairing food and wine. It is also an opportunity to ask any questions you have about wine in a convivial and comfortable setting in a winery. As an added bonus from 2:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. you can relax in the sunshine or under tents whichever you prefer and listen to the very best of the 60's - 80's rock and roll with the indefatigable band the "The Rack Rats". Bring your dancing shoes!
