This Family Event features: ~Santacruzan - A parade of Queens and Flowers (a Philippines tradition) ~Local Artists, classic Love Songs, Live Band, Cultural Dances, Games for Kids ~Food Concessions ~New/used pencil/pen donations welcome for the Black Pencil Vancouver Project for the Indigenous Kids in the Philippines ~Everyone is welcome
