Emergence: Out of the Shadows
Emergence: Out of the Shadows is a documentary that follows the coming-out stories of Alex, Jag, and Kayden, 3 local gay and lesbian South Asians. It explores how their parents responded within the structures of Punjabi Sikh cultural norms. After the screening, there'll be a panel discussion with some of those in the film, as well as the film's director.
