Fraser Valley Estate Planning Council Dinner Meeting
Tara Britnell, LL.B. will speak on the topic, "How to Cut Someone Out Of your Will." Tara Britnell is a partner at Hamilton Duncan Armstrong + Stewart in Surrey. She was called to the Bar in 1989 and practiced commercial litigation in Vancouver until joining Hamilton Duncan in 2001. There she took up the fascinating practice of estate litigation, in which she now practices exclusively.
